Glamping Location

The glamping site will be located at the Jubilee Oval, 90 Silver Street Broken Hill. 2.4km from The Palace Hotel in a well-lit and fenced grassed oval with ample brand new showering and toilet facilities, disabled access shower, generously large dressing rooms and secure off-street parking.

The Oval is a 5 minute drive or 15 - 20 minute walk from the Festival.

OVERALL PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 5 nights accommodation in our Big Bell canvas tents (In - Thu of the festival weekend & Out - Tues of the festival weekend), includes transfers to and from the Train Station on Thurs & Tues of the festival weekend

  • Real low level timber bed frames & quality inner spring mattress! 

  • Bedding configuration options, choice of either Queen, Twin or Triple!

  • Bus transfers from the Glamping Grounds to the Festival Grounds

  • Secured grassed site

  • Off-street parking

  • New bathroom & change rooms

  • Basic catering will be available on-site for you to purchase breakfast at the Oval’s outdoor dining area


TENT DETAILS:

We have a range of bedding options in spacious 5m water-resistant canvas bell tents:

  • Queen Bed – standard queen-size timber bed frame with quality innerspring mattress and bed linen (bed and mattress height 50cm)

  • Twin Single – standard size single timber frame bed with quality innerspring mattress and bed linen (bed and mattress height 45cm

  • Triple Single  – standard size single timber frame bed with quality innerspring mattress and bed linen (bed and mattress height 45cm)

    Each tent includes the following:

  • Quality bedding, linen, quilts & throw rugs

  • Interior furnishings, bedside tables and ottomans

  • Towels & bathmat

  • Floor rug

  • Front door mat

  • Padlock & keys to secure your tent

  • Lighting

  • Hot Water bottle

  • Outside table & chairs


GLAMPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Payment is required in full for packages at time of booking.

  • Glamping Packages do not include Broken Heel Festival Tickets.

  • Check-in from 2pm on day of arrival.

  • Check out required by 10am on the day of departure

  • Unfortunately No Pets Allowed
